Week 20 - Workout Combos

Hopefully by now you have established workout routines that work for you. We are going to shift our focus a bit by using more workout challenges each week. Aim to complete these 1-2 times per week with the expectation to push yourself past limits. If there are types of exercises that you are struggling with please continue to let me know in the forms. This week you are going to accumulate 4 minutes of High Holds. Every time you have to stop, complete 1 round of the combination. Repeat until you hit 4 minutes. Time cap is 25 minutes total.
