Multiple Rounds

This combo will be 2 rounds at a time with a 1 minute break before completing again. The challenge is to complete 3-5 sets of the 2 rounds. Choose a weight light enough to complete all movements without compromising form. Adjust as necessary. Remember to warmup and let me know if you need any substitutions.
