Week 18 - Workout Combos

This week we will complete timed workouts with a Tabata and an EMOM. Stretches will be ones previously used. Two new movements will be added called Half Circles and 2H (two-handed) Rows. Think about what you are doing really well in terms of your workouts and submit in this week's form.
