Week 17 - Workout Combos

This week we will complete exercises on the ground focussing on upper body. These all can be completed with a single dumbbell. As stated in previous combos, you can substitute similar objects to replicate the movements. If movements are challenging to complete on the floor, please make clear in the submitted form.
