Week 14 - Workout Combos

This week we are going to focus primarily lower body, ideally with some added weight. All these movements we have learned and it’s putting them together with various combos. The stretch will be 3 movements including Arms Across, Standing X Touch, and Knee Tuck. Exercises with a dumbbell, will be Squats, Lunges, DB Swings, and Ground To Press. If you do not have any weights, either complete higher reps or more timed exercises.
