Week 13 - Workout Combos

This week we are going to add weight to a few movements we have done in the past. If going to the ground is a struggle, do the movements from a split stride position. For the stretch, you are going to do movements you have done before. You can decide how many you want to do and which ones and in which order. Go for 4 minutes to warm up.
