For this challenge, we are going to attempt a version of the Tabata. For this style of exercise, you are completing 20 seconds of a movement at a time with a 10 second pause in between. We are going to complete this process for 16 Minutes. Each movement will be completed twice or for 1 minute before moving on, completing the whole list 4 times. For the Split Squats, switch legs each set and for the Kneeling Pushups switch which knee is down each set. Remember to warm up and let me know if any modifications are needed.
