Welcome to the Nutrition portion of the Bounce Back program! Over the next few weeks, you will aim to understand basic nutritional concepts to apply to your daily eating habits. Good nutrition is important because it gives the body the energy and nutrients it needs to function properly, stay healthy, and prevent disease. Eating a balanced diet with the right mix of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals leads to a healthy lifestyle. Regardless of your fitness related goals, having proper nutrition is essential to any type of results. When consistent nutrition and exercise programs work together, your overall wellbeing will become noticeable enhanced.
