This week's challenge will be an EMOM or Every Minute On the Minute. All of the odd numbered minutes will be a combination of 2 movements and all the even minutes will be 2 separate movements. The structure of this combo is 25 seconds of each movement with a 10 second break between rounds. Choose a weight that you can complete all movements with. Remember to warm up and comment below responses to the questions if needed.
