The combination this week will focus on one sided movements. The style will be a countdown which means multiple rounds descending in reps each time. For this countdown you will complete all movement reps on one side, then repeat the same amount for the other side. For example, complete 5 reps starting with lunges and go down the list with 5 reps each. Before going to 4, start the list again at 5 for the opposite side. Be sure to warm up, substitute as needed, and contact me if further adjustments need to be made.
