The workout challenge for this week will be an AMRAP. This is As Many Rounds As Possible in the allotted time. Your goal is to complete 10 and more rounds in 18 minutes. The movements this week are full body with an emphasis on core strength and range of motion. Remember to warm up beforehand and send me a comment to the questions below if needed.
