When to Eat Macros

As discussed previously, the 3 groups of foods that make up your calorie intake are Carbs, Protein, and Fats. Hopefully by now you have established how much of each group you should be having a day and have some foods that fit into each category. Remember that Carbs make up 45-55% of your diet, Protein 15-35% and Fats 20-35%. On a 2,000 calorie diet this would be, Carbs: 225g-275g. Protein: 75g-175g. Fats: 44g-78g
