Since 60% of our bodies are made up of water, it is crucial to make sure we are staying hydrated. Proper hydration levels will allow for increased metabolism, improved digestion, and elevated exercise performance. Having enough water will allow your appetite to stay steady. Often we may feel hungry when the reality is that we just need more water.
