Honesty - (BW4)

Being honest with yourself is critical to seeing results. It may be from setting your goals if it is realistic, or recognizing that it sounds nice but may not be achievable at this time. It may be in holding yourself accountable that when the challenge called for 30 reps you didn't stop at 27 or ignored form just to say you did it. I see a lot of participants underestimating how much they are actually doing when it comes to having a healthy lifestyle. Remember that we are trying to build consistency and in order to do that, you have to be open with both your strengths and weakness with yourself first.


Workout number 4 is a For Reps combination. You are to complete 30 Get Ups on each side. Each time you have to stop, you are completing 5 Seal Pushups and resting up to 30 seconds. Make sure each step of the movement is completed correctly and keep your arm straight up and extended. Do not go onto the other side until you complete all 30.


For Reps:

30 Get Ups (L)

30 Get Ups (R)

5 Seal Pushups each time you rest


Challenge: Complete in under 15 minutes.

Completely separate from other distractions when doing a workout.

Play golf at least once per week.
