Your fitness level is one that is already of great value. You have the resources available to you that are necessary to your well-being. You logged in today with the expectation to workout for a reason that is uniquely beneficial for you. You live a full life of activities, hobbies, and work in a way that reflects how you use what you’ve been given. Use the strengths of physical attributes as well as positive mindset to live in abundance.
The second combo of this series will be an EMOM. This means you are completing the combination Every Minute On the Minute. Any remaining time you have left over is for resting. Example. it takes you 45 seconds to finish the combo, rest for 15 seconds and begin again at the start of the minute. Don't rush the movement just to have more time. Focus on having a full range of motion and feel the muscles you are trying to work. Complete this on 2 separate days and submit your responses to the questions below.
12 MIN EMOM
10 Shuffle Jumps

6 Rows
4 Seal Pushups
