Your fitness level is one that is already of great value. You have the resources available to you that are necessary to your well-being. You logged in today with the expectation to workout for a reason that is uniquely beneficial for you. You live a full life of activities, hobbies, and work in a way that reflects how you use what you’ve been given. Use the strengths of physical attributes as well as positive mindset to live in abundance.

The second combo of this series will be an EMOM. This means you are completing the combination Every Minute On the Minute. Any remaining time you have left over is for resting. Example. it takes you 45 seconds to finish the combo, rest for 15 seconds and begin again at the start of the minute. You are completing only one side for a round. The following minute, you are completing the other side. You will end up completing 6 rounds on each side. Please note that the "Press + Twist" movement is different from last combo's "Twist + Press." For DB swings keep your chest and head up to full engage your hips and core. Complete this on 2 separate days and submit your responses to the questions below.

12 MIN EMOM

5 Ground To Row

5 DB Swings (Single)

5 Press + Twist

*Alternate sides each round

Challenge: Rest for 3 minutes and repeat for 4 more minutes with a higher weight.
